When you have rented out your unit to another Owner, please fill out this form.
Please note that your rental adheres to our current owner to owner rental guidelines:
- Owner of the unit being rented is responsible for any damages caused to the unit by renters.
- Maximum occupancy is 4 occupants for a one bedroom and 6 occupants for a two bedroom (Guests exceeding this limit will be asked to comply or to leave). Should your unit need additional cleaning at check out a $25.00 per hour charge may be assessed.
- Check out time is 10:00 A.M. and check in is 4:00 P.M. A $100.00 late fee will be assessed for any checkout occurring after 10:00 A.M.
